Each piece is designed with intention and aesthetic harmony, using carefully selected colors, symbols, and materials. Creations may be adorned with ribbons, florals, meaningful iconography, and other decorative elements appropriate to the occasion.
Personalized & Meaningful
Clients are invited to share details that help guide the creation process, such as:
- Names, dates, or meaningful phrases
- Color palettes or themes
- Symbols, spiritual or cultural references
- For memorials or pet tributes, photographs may be shared to inspire the design
Every piece is made to feel personal, respectful, and deeply meaningful, whether it is displayed during an event or kept as a lasting remembrance.
How It Works
Because each creation is unique, custom orders begin with an inquiry. From there, we collaborate to shape a design that aligns with your vision and intention. Final details, timelines, and pricing are discussed individually based on the scope of the request.
Advance Notice
All custom ritual and event creations require a minimum of four (4) weeks’ notice prior to the event date. This allows adequate time for consultation, design, sourcing materials, creation, curing (when applicable), and quality review. Requests submitted with less than four weeks’ notice may not be accommodated.
Custom Nature of Orders
All items are custom-made and created specifically for you. For this reason, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Design & Artistic Discretion
While client preferences, themes, and inspiration are always honored, all designs are created using artistic discretion. Natural materials, handmade processes, and availability of supplies may result in slight variations, which are part of the uniqueness and beauty of handcrafted items.
Symbolism & Spiritual Use
All creations are intended for ceremonial, spiritual, decorative, or commemorative purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or emotional conditions.
Photography & Reference Materials
Clients may submit photographs, symbols, or reference materials to inspire the design. By submitting these materials, clients confirm they have the right to share them and authorize their use solely for the purpose of creating the custom item.
Timing & Delivery
Completion timelines will be discussed during the consultation process. Event date, shipping method (if applicable), and pickup or delivery details must be confirmed in advance. Delays caused by incomplete information or late approvals may affect delivery timelines.
Candles & Fire Safety
Candles should always be used responsibly and in accordance with standard fire safety guidelines. Botánica La Luz Divina is not responsible for misuse, unattended burning, or damage resulting from improper handling.
